Traditional Jambalaya

Red Beans With Smoked Sausage

Creole
A delicious white wine-red sauce with tomatoes. garlic, green onions, green bell peppers, cajun spices and chicken/crawfish/shrimp.
E'touffee

The Yatwich (Drunken Chicken)
